Vincent Guess, ESource Coach, and family

I help people who have ever questioned their career trajectory or longevity and create an educational environment where they can discover alternative career options that lead them to more self-sufficient choices and next steps.

It could be full time, part time or even passive. It’s about becoming more educated about your choices and determining if any of them are the right fit for you!

I am a father of 3 children (2 daughters & 1 son) and 5 grandchildren (3 girls & 2 boys).  Lived most of my life in the Northeast (Massachusetts & Connecticut).   I enjoy staying active and taking on new challenges.
Worked in the corporate world for over 43 years in the Healthcare Industry.  In those years, I worked in Sales, Underwriting, Client Administration, Research & Development, System Development and Help Desk Production Support.

I became a TES coach because it offered me:

Work history.

Operations and oversight of consumer help desk and technical support teams for 40,000 end users of Case Administration, Billing, Eligibility & HRA/FSA systems for UnitedHealthcare, a Fortune 10 company.

  • Achieved resolution of issues within 2 business days 99% of the time.
  • Oversight with IT department on forecasting and capacity planning, break/fix and development initiatives.
  • Oversight of best practices & joint metrics for timeliness & quality standards.
  • Implemented a zero defect process & procedures business model.
  • Worked with Waterfall, Agile and Kanban methodologies.

Coaching highlights.

I am a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source, a coaching firm.  I work with individuals to define and clarify the results they want to achieve in their lives, and how to take ownership of the next steps to make it happen.  It could translate into a new career direction or a supplemental path to enhance their current profession.

I create (for my clients) an environment where they can explore “possibilities “that align with their goals, needs and expectations by providing education, awareness, and discovery.  There is no cost or obligation to go down this path of discovery!  The only requirement is that they commit the time to explore, keep an open mind, make no decisions but gather facts and validate their possibilities.
